My 'good bye' party at Teddy's x Roosevelt Hotel

Last wednesday it was my so called 'Good Bye' party thnx to my homeboy Neran. I had so much fun! Amazing performance by Talib Kweli and Hi-Tek. Good set by the homegirl Dj Lady Sha and surrounded with good friends. I was suppose to fly back to Brussels the next day.

My plane took off on time but guess what happends...

..the landing gear broke down. So we flew in circles above Cantalina Island for 4 hours!! Eventually we landed back in LAX. Stuck at the airport for 4 more hours, not knowing what was gonna happen. Flights were all full that weekend. So i couldn't even make it back on time for my event with DJ VICE in Belgium. I was soooo bummed! So here i am. Still in LA and the adventure continues.

H.wood x Industry x 650

I met up with TK last night en ended up clubhoppin to H.wood, Industry and 650 across the street. So TK is a well connected promoter who throws events in San Diego and Hollywood. Just watching this guy network, strive for higher goals and continuously sets higher standards and boundaries for himself, reminds me of myself. The industry has so much to give not only to the entertainers, but to the communities as well. We're driven by the feeling of giving and being able to provide for others. And when we look back at our own productions..watching a full venue with people having a good time.. that's a pretty damn good feeling.

The homie Clyde aka DJ Chuckie is touring trough the states and Canada. Last night he did a surprise set at Cinespace where Steve Aoki has his weekly Dimmak events. The line outside was ridiculous! I've never seen a line like that at Cinespace. Thank god Jacob was standing at the door. Richard Vission, LMFAO, Big Syphe, Steve Aoki all came out to support the homie!
